Applications
With good high/low temperature property, trimellitate TMT-2茂錄藛Also name TOTM,Tri-Octyl Tri-Meta-Benzoate茂錄鈥?TMT-3, TMT-4(Tri-Isodecyl Trimellitate )and TMT-5 are well known as the basicstock for the synthetic ester type high temperature chain oil with the characterestics of higher viscosity comapared with pentaerythritol esters,in the meanwhile the amount of thickener additive may be decreased resulting in the better high temperature property, TOTM also applied as basicstock for synthetic screw air compressor oil, the important plasticizer for many resins.
